CGSlifecoach & Counseling is a locally based organization in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, dedicated to helping individuals and groups move toward greater fulfilment, personal growth, and purposeful living.
Our approach is future-focused and person-centred. Rather than focusing solely on past difficulties, we help individuals explore possibilities, clarify where they want to go, identify their strengths and resources, and take practical steps toward their goals.

Our Approach
Our coach and counsellor works collaboratively with clients, creating a supportive environment where individuals can reflect, gain clarity, identify possibilities, and make their own informed decisions.
We believe that meaningful change begins when people are given the opportunity to understand themselves, recognize their strengths, explore their options, and take purposeful action. Our role is to walk alongside clients as they move forward in the direction of their goals and aspirations.
Our services draw upon training and continuing professional development in life skills coaching, counselling, mental health, psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), NLP and related helping-skills disciplines.
